San Francisco New Years Eve Fireworks Show 2013

Arrive by 11:30pm and head south of the Ferry Building along the Embarcadero for the best view. Fireworks kick of right at the stroke of midnight. Ring in 2013 with 200,000 fellow bundled-up San Franciscans for a waterfront fireworks tradition as the city is once again hosting a free waterfront midnight fireworks show on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2012.

San Francisco New Years Eve Fireworks | 2013
Monday, December 31, 2012 – 11:59pm
- Embarcadero from Mission to Folsom
- FREE

Best Viewing Location:
The fireworks will launch from barges located 1,000 feet out in the bay just south of the Ferry Building near Pier 14 (Mission Street and The Embarcadero), so the best view spots will be south of Sinbad’s Restaurant - along the Embarcadero between Mission and Folsom Street.

Please note that standing in front of the Ferry Building will not be a good place to view the fireworks.

About the Fireworks Show:
This will be approximately a 15 minute midnight fireworks show produced by the same people who do the amazing KFOG KaBoom and fireworks shows for both the SF Giants and Oakland A’s. Each year they unveil a few new and interesting pyrotechnics – expect the same for 2013!

Please note that there will be no live entertainment or DJ associated with the fireworks display for 2013, but the fireworks will be synced to music if you’re close enough to Pier 14.
